Key Responsibilities
* Perform TIG welding to a high standard on a range of materials and components.
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Inspect and maintain welding equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Carry out precision welding, finishing, and assembly tasks to meet project requirements.
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
* Ensure high quality and accuracy in all welding work.
Requirements
* Proven TIG welding experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly when required.
