Our client, a forward-thinking and inclusive academy based in Slough, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their vibrant team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop the curriculum
* Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development
* Contribute to the life of the school through extra-curricular and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes
* Strong behaviour management skills and high expectations for all learners
* The ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
