THE ROLE
As an Electronic Assembler, you’ll play a key role in assembling, wiring, testing, and commissioning bespoke automated machinery and production systems. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
* Assemble and wire automation equipment and control panels to precise specifications.
* Interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, drawings, and BOMs.
* Conduct functional testing and fault-finding on completed builds.
* Support on-site installation and commissioning when needed.
* Maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards.
* Provide feedback to improve build efficiency and reliability.
YOU
* Electronic Assembler - Proven experience in automation equipment assembly or industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
* Minimum Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, ONC, HNC) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for site installations.
