Workcollaborativelywithcustomers,theorganisationscallcentre,andpartsdepartmenttoensuretimelydefectreporting,partsordering,andissueresolution. Accuratelycompleteandsubmitjobcards,servicereports,andriskassessments;ensurecustomersign-offpriortoleavingsite. Digitallyscanandsubmitcompletedjobdocumentationtotheservicecentrebytheendofeachworkingdayorassoonaspossible. Proactivelyparticipateinproductandtechnicaltrainingsessionstostaycurrentwithproductdevelopmentsandservicetechniques. Supportcustomerswithrepairsandservicingactivitiestobuildstrongrelationshipsandenhancetheirunderstandingoftheproduct. EnsureasafeworkingenvironmentatalltimesbyfollowingHealth&Safetyproceduresandcarryingoutpoint-of-workriskassessments.
