Well established IFA practice, with an outstanding reputation for giving clear and concise advice to clients making retirement plans is looking for an additional individual to join their team
Duties include:
* Initially the role will be assisting the office manager with the implementation of a new back-office system, this will involve transferring data and ensuring records are up-to-date and adhering to compliance legislation
* Administration duties i.e. letters of authority, collating information, keeping client files and records up to date
* Assisting the Paraplanner with annual review preparation
Person criteria:
* Ideally educated to Degree level – this is not essential – attitude is key, this role will suit somebody looking for a genuine career path within financial services
* Graduates looking for an entry role into financial services will be considered
* Bright and articulate – keen to learn
* Administration skills, organised and efficient
* Good IT skills
* Great attention to detail
* Team player
* Well spoken, a clear and concise communicator, able to liaise well at all levels
* A strong interest in financial services; investments and pensions
Additional information:
* 100% office based – near to Epsom (not within easy reach of public transport links, therefore a local person is preferred or driver)
* 9-5.30 Monday – Friday

* 25 days holiday (3 days to be taken at Christmas as office closed)
