The ideal candidate for a commercial interiors superintendent role is a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. They should have:
 9. 5+ years of experience in commercial interior buildouts (, offices, healthcare, retail).
 10. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
 11. Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
 12. Proficiency in tools like Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
 13. Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers.
 14. A commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
