The Work
As a Late-Night Team Member, you'll be part of the crew that keeps the night flowing — helping behind the scenes, on the floor, or maybe even behind the bar (if that's where you want to go).
You'll support the team with:
Restocking fridges and supplies behind the bar
Keeping the venue tidy (glass collecting, cloakroom duties, clearing tables)
Providing great service and keeping the good vibes going
Helping guests feel welcome, safe, and looked after
Growing your skills and confidence in a fast-paced, fun environment
And if you're up for it we'll help train you to step behind the bar and level up your hospitality skills.
