Job Description
Creative Vision, Brand Architecture & Global Positioning
3. KRADefine and maintain the global creative direction, heritage narrative, and visual vocabulary.Translate Indian heritage into globally relevant design, marketing, and storytelling.Build and maintain the full brand architecture, positioning framework, and aesthetic standards.Establish creative guidelines across all touchpoints: product, digital, photography, retail, packaging.
Product Design & Development
4. KRALead design across Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories, and Lifestyle.Build globally relevant, commercially aligned RTW collections.Oversee sampling, pattern-making, fittings, and material development.Manage the product development cycle from concept to production readiness.
Creative Governance & Team Leadership
5. KRALead, mentor, and enhance the creative and product teams.Set processes, review cycles, and quality benchmarks.Ensure all creative output meets the brands international standards before submission.Establish brand governance systems, creative review checkpoints & guidelines.
Content, Campaigns & Digital Direction
6. KRALead direction for campaigns, lookbooks, films, and e-commerce content.Oversee creative direction for website rebuild, digital experience, CRM creative, and social media.Align all campaigns with global strategy, cultural relevance, and market expectations.
Global Market Alignment (Gulf, UK, USA)
7. KRAPrepare market-ready creative material for buyers and wholesale channels.Develop market-specific creative inputs: pricing decks, sell-in kits, retail display concepts.Ensure aesthetic and commercial alignment with each key market.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
8. KRAWork closely with Company leadership, international experts, and the Consultant.Participate in fortnightly reviews and weekly creative sync calls.Ensure all budgets, creative work, and approvals follow Company's written approval process.
Innovation in Tools & Design Methodology
9. KRAIntroduce modern design tools, digital workflows, and creative technologies.Strengthen the team's digital & technical capabilities.Foster a culture of experimentation, learning & innovation.
Quality, Creative Discipline & Brand Integrity
10. KRAEnsure all milestones are met on agreed timelines.Deliver high-quality creative that meets global luxury benchmarks.Ensure compliance with all IP and confidentiality requirements.
