We are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to become key members of schools within the S61 area. Youll help create positive learning experiences for pupils with additional needs.
The Role
* Deliver SEN support to pupils with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
* Work 1:1 and in groups to boost achievement and independence.
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to improve outcomes.
* Encourage social and emotional development.
Requirements
* Experience in schools or SEN settings ideal.
* Flexible, caring nature with resilience.
* Communication skills to build trust with pupils and families.
* Eligbile to work in the UK without any restrictions.
* Posses an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad.
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths.
