Over thirty years, we've helped revolutionise the live events market and bring unrivalled expertise, creativity, and passion to our projects. We're proud to supply UEFA, Formula 1, Baller League, The FA, and England Netball, amongst many other high-profile clients, and we're successfully building our brand internationally.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, dedicated and professional Project Manager / Production Manager with experience in live event operations to join our high performing team.
In this role, you'll be the operational lead. You will be responsible for the specification, planning, and onsite delivery of event solutions for global clients, including major sports federations and world championship events. Whether managing several smaller projects or a major international account, you'll play a vital role in turning creative ideas into unforgettable live experiences.
You'll bring a deep understanding and passion for the live entertainment and event production industry, as well as proven experience in delivering large-scale productions. Strong technical expertise in LED technology, video, and IT systems is essential, along with the confidence to lead teams and contractors both in the UK and internationally.
You will also be experienced in creating and managing strong documentation, leading project budgets and timelines. Communicating effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders and delivery successful outcomes under pressure. Additional skills such as knowledge of lighting and audio systems, experience in sports presentation or federation-led events and a second language are a distinct advantage.
With an ever-expanding portfolio of events, this role can be serviced from any location within the UK, with occasional attendance at our ADI Head Office in Preston as and when required. However, a large proportion of your working time will be spent abroad, often for periods of up to 2-3 weeks at a time. We offer a 10-day fortnight working pattern, planned monthly to support a healthy work/life balance.
We're looking for the next passionate, forward-thinking event professional to help us Make Amazing Happen - salary and benefits will be discussed in detail at interview stage, so please make your expectations known on your CV or in your application.
If you are passionate about the event industry and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
