The Role: The QHSE manager role is very hands on and varied, including some of the following responsibilities: Managing a small team Analyse and improve the IMS system which incorporates quality, H&S and environmental processes. Drive a culture of H&S throughout the business Investigate accidents, near misses and compliance issues Manage internal and external audits Required Experience: Personality is key to this hire and finding the right character is really important Attention to detail A strong character that can influence different stakeholders from the shop floor up to director level NEBOSH qualified with experience of managing a Quality management system You must have experience within a manufacturing environment You could be a Senior Quality engineer looking for that next step, or perhaps you are a Health and Safety Professional looking for a QHSE role?
