Senior Project Manager - Sizewell C
Role Overview
Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new Senior Project Manager to lead the Sizewell C site, focusing on safety, ethics, quality, innovation, and employee opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives and manage installation projects
- Manage administrative and material tasks
- Ensure the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors
- Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics, and quality risks
- Work closely with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections for a smooth project completion
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability
Qualifications
- High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with the elevator and/or building trades
- Safety is your top priority
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work in a highly team‑oriented and dynamic environment
- Self‑reliant with strong computer, organizational skills and business acumen
