Responsibilities for Operations Assistant * Packing and preparing customer orders for worldwide shipment. * Carrying out shipping processes, including labelling, booking couriers, and ensuring timely dispatch. * Conducting quality inspections of products before dispatch to maintain high standards. * Assisting with inventory management and stock control. * Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse and workspace. * Supporting general operations, including returns processing and stock replenishment. * Production and finishing product as part of the manufacturing process when needed. * Communicating with the wider team to ensure smooth running of daily operations. * Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve processes. Skills and Experience required for Operations Assistant * Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy. * Great attention to detail and pride in your work. * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. * Willing to learn and grow with the business. * Good communication skills and a positive attitude. * Previous experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse work is a plus but not essential.
