Key responsibilities include scheduling servicing, repairs, and installations, communicating with tenants and stakeholders, and managing appointments to meet compliance deadlines. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities Scheduling and coordination: Plan and schedule gas servicing, breakdowns, and installation jobs for engineers and subcontractors to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Compliance management: Monitor and update the gas servicing program to ensure all properties remain compliant with legal requirements, such as those for landlord gas safety records (LGSRs). Communication: Manage appointments with tenants, providing clear communication and minimizing disruption. Communicate with internal teams, engineers, and external stakeholders. Emergency response: Respond promptly to emergency gas issues and reallocate work as needed to meet urgent demands. Administrative tasks: Maintain and review the programme of work, update systems, and ensure all necessary documentation is in order. Essential skills and qualifications Scheduling and time management: Excellent time management and organizational skills are crucial for managing workloads and meeting deadlines. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to liaise with tenants, engineers, and stakeholders.
