Junior Sales Responsibilities
* Proactively make outbound calls to identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Account Manager
* Support the wider sales team by researching prospects and gathering key information
* Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, successfully contributing to long-term account growth
* Effectively represent the company by promoting products and services in a professional manner
* Work towards agreed targets, aiming to exceed expectations
* Support basic sales administration and ensure accurate recording of calls, leads, and general sales activity
Junior Sales Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in B2B sales or a target-driven outbound calling role
* Confident in making outbound calls and identifying opportunities
* Strong administration skills, able to keep on top of the CRM and potential leads
* Naturally ambitious, proactive, and motivated to hit targets
* Resilient with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* An enthusiastic team player, who can work on their own initiative
