Energy Advisor - Job description
We are a growing B2B energy consultancy looking to recruit ambitious Lead Generators to join our high-performing sales team.
You will be responsible for outbound cold calling small to medium-sized businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities, and helping clients secure competitive energy contracts tailored to their needs.
This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy sales, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission.
Duties
Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK (B2B)
Consult with businesses to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with experienced consultants to generate opportunities, with commission shared equally between you both.
Liaise with energy providers to ensure accurate account information.
Maintain client data.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets around calls, opportunities, and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, telesales, or energy sales (preferred but not essential)
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly
Strong listening skills and a consultative mindset
Salary
£25,000+ per year with 10-20K commissions (negotiable depending on experience).
