A leading organisation in the transportation and facilities management sector is looking for an HR Project Lead to drive a major modernisation programme.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a large, complex People Function—creating clarity, capability and structure while partnering closely with senior HR leaders.
The Opportunity
The People Function is embarking on a significant evolution. Currently focused on day-to-day operational challenges, the goal is to build a proactive, future-focused HR organisation, supported by clear Centres of Excellence, a strengthened HRBP model, and scalable processes that enable strategic impact.
To support this shift, the business is seeking a hands‑on expert who can design, lead and deliver the full end‑to‑end HR transformation.
