Overview
A leading technology provider is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market partners. The role is a mix of strategic account development, consultative engagement, and driving revenue/profit growth. You’ll work closely with partners to align their business objectives with the company’s solutions, ensuring long-term success and mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of ~50 mid-market partners.
* Conduct account planning to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and key milestones.
* Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders.
* Implement joint business plans, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth goals.
* Drive engagement with underperforming or dormant accounts to reignite activity.
* Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner success.
* Monitor and manage pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and progression of opportunities.
* Facilitate QBRs and partner reviews to align on performance and future goals.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings to guide partner strategy.
* Track and report on key KPIs (revenue, gross profit, pipeline, partner activity).
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in partner or account management within the IT/technology sector.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue/profit targets.
* Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
* Confident managing C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships.
* Commercial acumen and ability to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
* Strong planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
* Effective communicator, able to adapt style across different audiences.
* Resilient, proactive, and target-driven.
