Sous Chef | Full-time

The Role:
As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and use this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards.
* Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
* Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Enjoys celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs.
