We're seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to spearhead our partnerships with social housing providers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping them achieve their sustainability goals and meet carbon footprint reduction obligations.
The Impact:
As a Renewable Heating Solutions Specialist, you'll build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the social housing sector, including housing associations, councils, and student accommodation developers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the transition to sustainable heating solutions, from initial consultation to successful implementation.
What You'll Do:
Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific needs and challenges faced by social housing providers.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals that showcase the cost-saving and environmental benefits of our renewable heating technologies.
Navigate the complexities of public sector procurement processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant path to implementing new heating solutions.
Provide ongoing support and expertise to ensure successful project delivery and maximum impact on carbon footprint reduction.
Foster long-term partnerships, building trust and exceeding expectations across the social housing landscape. Who You Are:
A results-oriented Key Account Manager with a proven track record in the renewable energy sector or a related field.
Possess a deep understanding of the social housing market and the challenges they face in achieving sustainability goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A natural problem solver with a consultative approach, able to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. The Rewards:
up to £65,000 basic salary (£75,000 OTE), generous car allowance or electric company car, private pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
