In-House Tax Advisor, Glasgow (2 days in office)
A newly created role in an established tax team of a well-known consumer brand has arisen for a Tax Advisor to focus on corporate tax compliance. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will woks as a team and have responsibility for the preparation of UK and Irish tax computations.
Other responsibilities include:
Preparation of annual current and deferred tax provisioning and supporting disclosures required for UK and group financial reporting
Prepare cross border transactions direct tax compliance reports relating to the UK Group
Keep the team abreast of any legislative changes and the impact on business
This is a strong and experienced team that can offer support for further career development. You will have experience of UK corporate tax either coming from ATT/CTA route or from an accounting background. The role is 2 days in office and have a flexible approach.
