Job Description: As an R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of automotive HVAC systems from concept through to industrialisation. Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, the R&D Engineer will support new business development and act as a technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders. The R&D Engineer will engage directly with customers to understand requirements, support product validation, and ensure solutions meet performance, durability and quality standards.
