This role will work closely with EMEA sales leadership to coach, upskill, and activate our field teams, while also contributing to the quarterly execution of our global enablement strategy.

Responsibilities

This is a high-impact role that blends onboarding, coaching, and field readiness with programmatic execution and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

Sales Onboarding & Ramp-up training

* Oversee and manage onboarding cohorts for quota-carrying roles across EMEA with an emphasis on accelerating time-to-productivity.
* Collaborate with NA and ANZ counterparts to continually enhance session delivery.
* Work alongside hiring managers to ensure new hires are prepared for success in their first 90 days and beyond.
* Manage regional handover processes with HRBP support following onboarding completion.
* Track onboarding KPIs and refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
* Maintain and activate a scalable, best-in-class onboarding program through regular enablement sessions.

Program Execution & Enablement Activation

* Manage and support quarterly enablement rollouts, including annual Sales Kick-off and activation sessions with regional sales leaders.
* Align enablement initiatives with L&D, GTM, Sales Leadership, and RevOps on messaging, tools, and training priorities.
* Support the creation and distribution of enablement assets (e.g., playbooks, flashcards, scorecards, simulations) to enhance sales execution.
* Deliver business readouts on successes, gaps, and outcomes from quarterly activation sessions (e.g., QBO readouts).
* Collaborate with ANZ and NA teams to integrate lessons learned and improve programs.
* Work with regional HRBPs to share insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support Field Coaching & Upskilling

* Provide 1:1 and group coaching for managers and individual contributors on discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and value-based selling.
* Deliver targeted coaching and feedback to new hires during the ramp-up period to accelerate productivity.
* Collaborate with regional sales leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and implement enablement solutions.
* Support field champions to strengthen quarterly enablement activation sessions.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

* Define, monitor, and communicate enablement program success metrics (e.g., ramp time, certification rates, win rates) with regional teams and management on a quarterly basis.
* Capture and analyze data throughout enablement initiatives to demonstrate ROI and inform quarterly results.
* Develop dashboards to share actionable insights and feedback with global field teams and enhance program engagement.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, particularly AI-assisted enablement solutions with a coaching emphasis.

Qualifications

* 5+ years in L&D, sales enablement, field readiness, or sales leadership (B2B SaaS preferred)
* Coaching and quota-carrying sales experience strongly preferred
* Proven success designing and delivering onboarding and coaching programs
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to engage all organizational levels
* Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, GTM, Product, and L&D teams
* Familiar with enablement tools and L&D trends; AI literacy is a plus
* Willing to travel up to 20% for in-person sessions and field engagement

Preferred Attributes

* Background in quota-carrying sales roles or sales management.
* Experience managing global L&D initiatives and tailoring programming for regional execution.
* Familiarity with content development, seasoned presenter and experience running / hosting enablement sessions both in-person and virtually
* Passion for coaching, storytelling, and elevating the performance of others.
