Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reward Administrator to join their dynamic HR team. This is a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in a complex regulated environment while working alongside industry experts!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs a Reward Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Reward Team, which oversees compensation and performance processes for over 3000 employees across 17 locations.
