You’ll be part of the Global Employer Services group, supporting reward and share schemes, and assisting with tax compliance and advisory services for diverse clients. Your responsibilities include managing existing client portfolios and contributing to business growth.
We’re Looking For Someone With
* Knowledge of tax treatment of share options and employee share ownership
* Expertise in EMI, ESS, reward tax, employment, NIC, and capital gains tax
* Experience with share valuations and liaising with HMRC
* Staff management and mentoring skills
* Awareness of accounting, employment, and company law implications
* Client interaction experience, including fee agreements
* Degree-level education (LLB preferred) and/or CTA, ATT, ACA qualifications
