The Opportunity This is a high-impact executive growth role responsible for shaping and delivering Atrom Mindcare’s national partnerships strategy. Priority focus areas include: 1. NHS & Commissioned Services (Primary Focus) Expand NHS contracting and RTC pathways Build senior relationships within Integrated Care Systems (ICS) Secure sustainable, multi-year commissioning agreements Position Atrom as a trusted specialist delivery partner 2. Private Medical Insurers Achieve and expand insurer recognition nationally Negotiate commercially strong reimbursement structures Increase insured referral volumes and pathway value 3. Other corporate partnerships Develop relationships and partnerships with other corporates Key Accountabilities • Design and execute a multi-year Partnerships & Market Expansion Strategy • Secure high contracted revenue growth • Build a robust national opportunity pipeline • Lead high-value commercial negotiations • Provide executive-level market insight to the Exec team • Ensure growth aligns with clinical quality and operational capacity Candidate Profile • Senior healthcare commercial or partnerships leadership experience • Proven success securing high-value NHS or healthcare contracts • Strong understanding of commissioning landscapes and RTC frameworks • Experience working with private medical insurers • Demonstrable track record of delivering significant revenue growth • Executive presence with the ability to influence system leaders Why Join Atrom Mindcare?
