Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our B2B marketing operations. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads in the fleet and commercial vehicle sector through a mix of digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive measurable growth across email marketing, PPC, paid advertising, SEO (including AI-driven strategies), and lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Plan, build, and manage B2B email campaigns to nurture prospects and engage existing clients.
PPC & Paid Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to maximise ROI.
SEO (AI-driven & traditional): Implement advanced SEO strategies (including AI tools) to increase organic visibility and inbound lead flow.
Content & Campaign Management: Develop landing pages, ad copy, and campaign assets aligned with fleet sector buyer journeys.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimise conversion rates.
Lead Generation: Deliver consistent streams of qualified leads for the sales team, aligning campaigns with business development goals.
Thought Leadership & Brand Building: Produce B2B content that builds authority in the fleet space, including LinkedIn campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations to ensure marketing activities translate into commercial opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within the automotive, fleet, or related industries.
Hands-on expertise in email marketing platforms, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media management.
Strong knowledge of SEO and AI-driven optimisation tools.
Ability to create and manage thought leadership campaigns for professional audiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
