Role Description
We are looking for a confident, health-literate brand representative to attend activation events on our behalf across London and occasionally further afield. You will manage the Charava stand, drive meaningful conversations with both consumers and practitioners, capture leads, and represent the brand with genuine expertise. This is not a promotions role. We need someone who understands the product and can hold their own in a room full of healthcare professionals and informed consumers alike.
What you will be doing
* Representing Charava at consumer festivals, longevity conferences, and practitioner summits
* Managing stand setup, product display, and stock on the day
* Engaging consumers and healthcare professionals with confidence and product knowledge
* Capturing leads, driving sampling, and supporting on-stand sales where applicable
* Delivering a brief post-event report covering footfall, conversations, and feedback
What we are looking for
* Genuine interest in health, longevity, or nutrition — not optional
* Experience in supplement, functional food, or wellness brand activation
* Comfortable in both consumer-facing and clinical/professional environments
* Self-sufficient on the day — you will often be the only Charava person present
* London-based with flexibility to travel (Cheshire in September)
* A nutrition, health science, or related background is a genuine advantage
Compensation
Competitive day rate, discussed based on experience.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* Proficiency in Brand Ambassadorship and promoting brand awareness
* Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences
* Understanding of branding principles and ability to connect with the target audience
* Passion for health, wellness, and longevity
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Previous experience in brand representation, event coordination, or related roles is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
