With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, our client is seeking a Contracts Manager who can lead from the front — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. The Role As the Contracts Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the project portfolio from a contractual and operational perspective. You’ll work closely with the on-site delivery teams and clients, ensuring each project is meticulously planned, legally compliant, financially controlled, and completed safely. You’ll also play a key role in team leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution — making this a vital position within the company’s operations function. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule all project activities in collaboration with the pre-construction team Coordinate and manage internal staff and external subcontractors across multiple live sites Ensure health & safety and building control compliance throughout all phases of the projects Oversee financial performance, monitoring budgets, forecasting cash flow, and reporting variances Lead stakeholder communication, acting as the key liaison between the site teams, clients, and internal departments Mentor and develop project teams, ensuring professional growth and high performance Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of delivery What We’re Looking For This role will suit a proactive and commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
