Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Field Engineer for a successful Managed Service Provider to be based in Berkshire?
Responsibilities
* Perform field service visits to our client base to repair failed equipment.
* Assist with installation projects.
* Assist our helpdesk by providing telephone support when required.
Requirements
* Full driving license.
* Experience working in a customer focused role and within IT field service repair.
* CompTIA A+ Certification Desirable.
Work Conditions
* Field based role with national coverage.
* Role will involve overnight stays as and when required to suit the needs of the business.
* Full-time permanent position; may involve working out of hours on a rota basis to ensure there is 24‑hour cover 365 days a year.
* Standard working days are Monday to Friday.
