Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering product insight, product knowledge and trust. Whether it is in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent events, or guiding customers along their unique parenting journey, they help make buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for a baby’s first birthday magical moments they will cherish forever.
Role: Sales Assistant / Consultant
Position covers 4 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays or both. Based at Mamas & Papas Swindon store.
Responsibilities
- Provide product insight, product knowledge and support to customers.
- Offer personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations and parent events.
- Guide customers along their unique parenting journey.
- Assist customers in purchasing baby products and related items.
