We are currently recruiting for Packing Operative (Days) to join our Team at Spalding site. Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 11pm (45h per week) Voluntary overtime / weekend work also available. Successful candidate will be required to work in a Chilled Food Production Environment undertaking manual handling tasks, handling raw meat and ensuring that all products are packaged safely in accordance with customer specification. Your duties will include: Working as part of a team to meet production targets Comply with Company Policies and Procedures. Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times. Maintain responsibility for operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery and report faults to Management in a timely manner Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned necessary to meet business needs.
