Total Working Hours: 26 hrs
Working Pattern: Alt Monday 9am to 6pm or 12pm to 6pm; Tue 12pm to 6pm; Thu 1pm to 6pm; Fri 12pm to 6pm; Alt Sat 9am to 12pm
Rate of Pay: £13.02 ph

Your day-to-day responsibilities
* Participating in all branch processes
* Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
* Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
* Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Qualifications and candidate profile
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant MCA qualification
* Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately
* Self-motivated, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise workload, ability to meet deadlines
* Previous customer service training (optional)
