Administrator – Projects and HR
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project & HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support across both project delivery and human resources functions. This is a varied hybrid role that will work closely with project teams to ensure efficient project administration while also supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day support.
This position is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Due to the office location, a full UK driving licence and access to transport are essential.
This is a 6-month contract role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
* Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams
* Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems
* Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and presentations
* Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and action tracking
* Monitor project timelines and assist with progress reporting
* Track project deliverables and support project governance activities
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project delivery
HR Administration
* Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across HR activities
* Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
* Assist with HR compliance and audit requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within administrative processes
* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive project and employee information
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in both administrative and coordination roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work full-time on-site
