Your role
As a part time/casual Events Manager, you will oversee the entire event, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you'll bring visions to life with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring creativity, organisation, and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Provide on-the-day coordination and problem-solving.
Ensure events adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and exceptional service.
Work closely with the management and Weddings and Events Administration teams
Manage a team of front of house staff to ensure excellent customer service at all functions
Ensure staff are adequately prepared for events with a full brief before and debrief and after any event, utilising the allocated event packs per function
You must be over the age of 25 with a manual driving licence to be able to drive our company vans
