HL Financial is seeking a capable and conscientious Financial Administrator to join our team in Chester. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting both HL Financial and HL Mortgages, offering the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of financial services in a professional yet personable environment.
We pride ourselves on delivering tailored, high-quality advice and support to our clients. Behind every great adviser is a great administrator—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, works well within a small team and understands the value of excellent client service.
* Preparing and managing client documentation with accuracy and discretion
* Supporting advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintaining and updating client records and internal systems
* Coordinating meetings with clients
* Social media scheduling and content creation
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using back-office systems such as (but not limited to) Intelligent Office
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A broad understanding of financial services (mortgages, protection, investments) is desirable
* Experience with creative tools such as Canva is desirable
* A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
