Contracts Manager Hampshire. A well-established civil engineering contractor in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and environmental projects. The company delivers complex coastal, flood defence and civils schemes and is known for strong client relationships and high safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams in line with company procedures.
* Oversee contract delivery from tender handover through to final account.
* Produce accurate forecasts, monthly reports and support change management.
* Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality and environmental requirements.
* Build strong client relationships to support repeat business.
* Lead, motivate and develop project teams, managing performance and training needs.
* Monitor labour, plant and resources, ensuring efficient utilisation.
* Support tender submissions, PQQs and early contractor involvement.
* Produce and monitor fully resourced contract programmes.
What Youll Bring
* Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* Experience managing traditional, D&B or target cost contracts.
* Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
* Ability to drive performance, manage risk and deliver successful outcomes.
