Affinity Partnerships are working with multi-academy trusts in the Kingswood area, who are looking for qualified secondary school teachers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of a classroom, teaching both KS3 and KS4, including classes who will be taking exams. We are not only looking for qualified, experienced teachers, we are also looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who are looking to start the teaching adventures. The successful applicant: Qualified Teachers Status. Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education. Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum. Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1. Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job. Benefits of working with Affinity Workforce: You will be paid to scale.
