This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy. Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles. Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding. Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events. Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed. General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs.
