An excellent opportunity has arisen in-house at a co-working office company for a legal counsel.
The Team
The legal team is headed up by a friendly and supportive general counsel and the team of senior legal counsels and legal counsels all trained at top tier city firms before making the move in-house.
The Role
The legal counsel can look forward to a broad in-house role and cover both real estate and general commercial work including:
* Managing leasehold transactions and sales and acquisitions
* Managing corporate real estate and M&A transactions including joint ventures and franchising
* Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts
* Advising onIP, data protection and employment matters
The Requirements
Ideally you will have trained at a city firm, well known regional firm or a US firm with around 2-3 PQE. The team are open to a commercial real estate lawyer or a commercial lawyer. The key is that you will be happy to be cross trained
Any in-house secondments or in-house experience would be an advantage but not essential.
