Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in English, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main duties will involve:
* Delivering and managing inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of English programmes to a high standard.
* Assisting in curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to enhance student experience and outcomes.
* Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, offering targeted guidance and support.
* Effectively using digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE, progress tracking systems) to drive student success.
* Contributing to the academic community through scholarship, research, and professional practice.
