2. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
15. Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
16. Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
17. Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address vehicle issues.
18. Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to warranty guidelines.
19. Ensure high standards of safety and workshop housekeeping.
20. Road test vehicles post-repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
21. Relevant qualifications: NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent).
22. Previous experience in a workshop environment; franchise dealership experience is advantageous.
23. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
24. A team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
