The Role
:
As a Clinical Case Manager / Physiotherapist, you will manage musculoskeletal cases, supporting return to work initiatives through coaching and professional advice..
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert, evidence-based written reports and advice on workplace adjustments.
2. Conduct 8 appointments per day, each lasting 45 minutes.
3. Coach line managers and referrers on employee management and referral quality.
4. Support the triage function within the Business Unit.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as an Case Manager in a similar role.
6. Valid HCPC registration.
7. Hold a degree in Physiotherapy.
