Our client is a leading UK retailer, who are looking for a Retail Media Specialist to join its growing Retail Media Network team. This is a high-impact, newly created role with the opportunity to shape strategy, drive revenue, and build a best-in-class media proposition.
The Role
You’ll lead the development of a retail media offering that connects brands with high-intent customers across digital and in-store channels. Working cross-functionally, you’ll build commercial partnerships, deliver innovative campaigns, and create a strong pipeline of media opportunities.
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in maximising the value of supplier funded advertising.
* Develop and execute retail media strategy and commercial plans, advancing the the understanding of Retail Media across the business
* Develop the vision and ongoing strategy for the inhouse retail media function
* Manage and grow supplier relation to maximise media investment
* Build and manage supplier/brand partnerships to drive media investment
* Create and pitch tailored media solutions and campaign strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams (ecommerce, marketing, retail) to deliver integrated campaigns
* Use data and insights to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI
* Support team development and mentor junior colleagues
About You
* Experience in media sales, retail media, or agency environments
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue generation
* Confident presenter with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimisation
* Experience managing multiple campaigns and cross-functional projects
