Whether you’re an experienced temp recruiter placing commercial roles and want to step into legal, or already a seasoned legal recruiter in the space, we’ve got the infrastructure and support to help you succeed What you'll be doing: Managing temp and contract roles within Business Law (Banking & Finance, Corporate, Property, Litigation, Technology) and/ or Personal Law (Family, Private Client, Conveyancing, PI/Insurance, Employment) Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both candidates and clients Working closely with a supportive, experienced team who enjoy celebrating success, and sharing it Using a well-established client base to generate quick wins, while developing your desk into a high-performing, sustainable business unit What we’re looking for: Experience in legal recruitment or professional services staffing (ideally within temp or contract markets) A self-starter mindset – someone who thrives when given autonomy and responsibility Strong relationship-building skills – we pride ourselves on quality, not pushy sales Ambition to grow – whether that’s becoming a top biller, developing into leadership, or just owning your desk Why Eden Rose?
