We are seeking a skilled automotive SALES MANAGER to lead the team in a St Austell based franchised main dealer, selling both new and approved used vehicles.
The business is part of a well-known, privately-owned motor group that operates across Devon and Cornwall, they represent a wide variety of manufacturers from a selection of purpose-built modern facilities.
This business is the authorised dealer for these hugely popular new household-name brands.
You’ll be responsible for the successful running of the sales department undertaking activities that include:
* Desking and stacking deals.
* Maintaining run rates and sales volumes.
* Control of all aspects of each transaction, including profitability and sale of finance.
* Activity Management, including administration and information.
* Customer service standards maintenance and improvements.
* Compliance with processes including all Financial Services Authority (FCA).
* Full accountable for the brand showroom when the Group Sales Manager is absent from the business.
