We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist for a six‑month contract to support a busy professional services environment. The successful consultant will play a key role in maintaining strong risk and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting and reviewing conflicts checks
* Advising on conflicts findings and escalation
* Supporting matter intake and compliance processes
* Assisting with KYC/AML checks and maintaining records
* Contributing to wider risk and compliance projects
Essential Experience
* Demonstrable experience conducting conflicts checks within a legal or professional services setting
* Strong understanding of regulatory obligations
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
