We are recruiting for 2 Talent Acquisition Partners on contract to work for a leading Defence & Space organisation.
The role can be based 3 days per week in Bristol or Chester offices and 2 days remotely.
Job Specification
Day-to-day, you will manage all aspects of recruitment for your portfolio of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer stage, hiring a broad range of skills.
Primarily focused on attracting and sourcing technical/engineering profiles, you will need to utilize your experience as an TA professional to find the best candidates for the business.
You will work closely with stakeholders, so understanding business needs and communicating openly as a true business partner is essential.
How You Will Contribute to the Team
* Create attractive, compliant, and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote vacancies.
* Screen applications and actively participate in candidate selection and decision-making.
* Define sourcing strategies, channels, and social media to attract talented candidates using passive, active, and direct sourcing techniques.
* Organize and conduct candidate interviews, leading and owning the interview process as the HR representative.
* Leverage your recruitment market knowledge to influence the Talent Acquisition approach.
* Utilize LinkedIn for networking, market intelligence, and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Support broader HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
About You
* Extensive recruitment experience, ideally from agency, in-house, or RPO environments.
* Experience recruiting technical or engineering skills, with an understanding of how to attract and engage top talent.
* Strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactive, with proven success in sourcing difficult-to-find profiles.
* Comprehensive understanding of the labor market and strategies to overcome recruitment challenges.
