Job Description: Immigration Sales Executive (Commission-Based) – Sai Avenue Position: Immigration Sales Executive (Commission Only) Location: Sai Avenue Reports to: Sales Manager / Director Job Summary: The Immigration Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting clients, and promoting Sai Avenue’s immigration and visa services. This is a commission-based role focused on performance-driven sales and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding immigration and visa services Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and recommend suitable immigration routes Explain visa options, procedures, fees, and timelines clearly to clients Convert enquiries into confirmed sales and signed service agreements Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates Keep accurate records of leads, communication, and conversions Coordinate with case processing team after client onboarding Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals Stay updated on immigration policies and service offerings Requirements: Experience in sales, preferably immigration, education consultancy, or service-based industry Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently Basic understanding of immigration/visa processes (training can be provided) Professional attitude and customer-focused approach Desirable: Experience in UK immigration services (Skilled Worker, Student Visa, etc.) Multilingual ability (English, Nepali, Hindi) Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Role Attractive commission per successful client conversion Performance-based earning potential (uncapped income) Bonus incentives may be offered for high performance Working Hours: Flexible working hours Performance-focused (no fixed office hours, target-based delivery expected) Key Skills: Sales and conversion Client relationship management Communication and negotiation Self-motivation and discipline Lead generation and follow-up management
