Post-Development Paralegal

Responsibilities
* Handle a varied workload including resale enquiries, Land Registry requisitions, deeds of variation, affordable housing sales, lease extensions and managed land transfers.
* Serve as a client‑facing professional, building and maintaining strong relationships while providing regular updates.
* Utilise the case management system to organise priorities, manage deadlines and track progress.
* Proactively chase matters and report both internally and externally to ensure clients are kept informed.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Undergraduate degree (LPC not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to forging and maintaining client relationships.
* Willingness to learn, seek help when needed and adapt to new situations.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify when assistance is required.
* Organised, methodical and proactive time‑management and prioritisation.
* Team‑working ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Good IT proficiency, ideally with experience using a case‑management system.
* Professional discretion and a calm demeanor under pressure.
* Rapid response times and the ability to keep all stakeholders updated.
